Testing you need, handled without a lecture.
People come to us for all kinds of reasons. A court has ordered it. An attorney has asked for it. A family needs an answer. A new employer wants a result before Monday. Whatever brought you here, the process is the same and so is the courtesy.
What to expect
No waiting room. No explanation required.
You do not have to tell us why you need a test. You will not be asked to justify yourself, and nothing about your visit is shared with anyone who is not named on your paperwork.
What we do need to know is who the result is for. A test that is going to a court, a probation officer, an attorney or an employer has to be collected under chain of custody, with your photo identification recorded and the specimen sealed in front of you. A test that is purely for your own information does not.
Getting that distinction right at the start matters, because a result collected the informal way cannot usually be converted into an admissible one afterwards. Tell us who is going to read it and we will collect it correctly the first time.

Court ordered and probation testing
Collected under full chain of custody with your identity verified and recorded, so the result is accepted by the court or officer who asked for it. Bring the order or the paperwork with you if you have it, because it usually specifies the panel.
DNA and paternity testing
Legal testing with chain of custody for family court, child support, immigration and estate matters. Informational testing for families who want an answer without a court process. The laboratory work is identical. The difference is how the samples are collected and documented.
Pre-employment testing you arrange yourself
Some employers ask you to obtain a test and bring the result. We can collect it and send the result where you tell us to send it.
Fingerprinting for licensing and background checks
Ink card and electronic capture for professional licensing boards, adoption, firearms applications, immigration and employment. Bring valid photo identification and the form from whoever requested the prints.
Blood draws and laboratory coordination
Where a physician or attorney has ordered specific laboratory work, we can perform the draw and route the specimen to the right laboratory.
Hair testing for a longer window
Urine testing reflects recent use. Hair testing reflects a substantially longer period and is often what a family court or an attorney is actually asking for. We will tell you which one fits your situation.
Before you come in
Four things that save you a second trip.
- Bring photo identification. A driver licence, state identification card or passport. Without it we cannot perform a chain of custody collection at all.
- Bring the paperwork. The court order, the attorney letter or the employer form. It usually names the exact panel required, and guessing is expensive.
- Do not over hydrate. Drinking large amounts of water beforehand can produce a dilute specimen, which often has to be recollected. Normal fluid intake is fine.
- Tell us where the result goes. Names, addresses and case numbers. A correct result sent to the wrong place helps nobody.
