What we collect

When you contact us through this website we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, location and details you choose to enter. When you become a client we collect the information necessary to perform and document a collection, which includes identity information recorded as part of chain of custody.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry and to quote for the work. Collection information is used to perform the collection, to complete the required documentation, and to transmit the specimen and paperwork to the laboratory and, where applicable, the Medical Review Officer.

Who we share it with

Testing information is shared only with the parties necessary to complete the service: the testing laboratory, the Medical Review Officer, and the employer, court or individual named as the recipient of the result. Where a Medical Review Officer verifies a legitimate medical explanation for a result, the underlying medical information stays with that physician and is not passed to an employer.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

This website

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not set cookies for marketing purposes. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not report your visit to another company.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete enquiry information. Testing records are subject to retention requirements under federal and state rules and cannot always be deleted on request. Contact us at drugtesting@elitescreeningsolutions.net.
