For healthcare providers
Collection support that does not land on your front desk.
Practices, clinics and research sites call us when specimen collection is necessary but is not what their staff should be spending the afternoon on. We work as an extension of your team, under your direction, with documentation that matches your requirements.
Why practices call us
Collection is straightforward until it is not.
A single collection is easy. A homebound patient, a chain of custody requirement, a clinical trial protocol with a defined window, or a run of collections on a day you are already short staffed is a different proposition.
We take those on so that the collection is performed correctly, the specimen is labelled and handled to the standard required, and your staff stay where they are needed. Where a legal chain of custody applies, we run it to the same standard as our employer work.
Provider services
Five ways we support a practice.
Physician office collection services
Collections performed at your office, on your schedule, so your clinical staff are not pulled away from patient care. Useful on high volume days and when a chain of custody collection is required.
Mobile collections for homebound patients
Where a patient genuinely cannot travel, we go to them. Coordinated with your office and documented back to you.
Clinical trial specimen collection support
Collections performed to the study protocol, within the specified window, with the labelling and handling the sponsor requires. Send us the protocol and we will confirm what we can support before anything is scheduled.
Telehealth supported testing coordination
Where care is delivered remotely but a specimen still has to be collected in person, we close that gap and route the specimen to the ordering laboratory.
Laboratory coordination and result support
Routing specimens to the appropriate laboratory, from routine screening through to court ordered testing, and following up so results reach the right person.
Overflow and short notice cover
Days when your usual arrangement falls through. We would rather be the call you make occasionally than not be an option at all.
Working together
You define the protocol. We follow it exactly.
We do not diagnose, we do not advise your patients on clinical matters, and we do not change a protocol without being asked to. Our role is to collect and handle the specimen correctly and to document it in a way that stands up to whoever reviews it next.
Next step
Send us the protocol or the requirement.
We will tell you plainly whether it is something we can support, and what it would take to schedule it.
