Services
Every collection we perform, and what each one is actually for.
Most of this work looks similar from the outside. The differences matter, because the wrong panel or the wrong collection method produces a result that does not answer the question you were asked. Here is each service, in plain terms.
DOT drug and alcohol testing
Collections performed to 49 CFR Part 40 for employers regulated by FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA and the Coast Guard. Six test types, a federally fixed panel, and procedures that do not bend.
Non-DOT workplace testing
Company policy testing on 5, 10 and 12 panel configurations. You choose the panel, your written policy sets the rules, and North Carolina law sets the floor for how it has to be done.
Alcohol testing
Evidential breath testing performed on site, with the screening and confirmation sequence the regulations require, plus EtG testing where a longer detection window is needed.
Random testing programs and consortium management
Pool administration, defensible selection, quarterly draws and the annual records that make an audit uneventful.
Mobile and on-site collections
The service everything else here runs on. A qualified collector comes to your location with everything required to run a compliant collection.
DNA and paternity testing
Legally admissible testing with chain of custody, and informational testing for families who need an answer rather than a court exhibit.
Fingerprinting and background screening
Ink card and electronic capture for licensing boards, employment, adoption, firearms and court requirements.
Choosing correctly
Three questions that decide almost everything.
Before we book anything, these are what we ask. Your answers determine the panel, the collection method and the documentation.
- Who reads the result? A court, an employer, an attorney or only you. This decides whether the collection needs chain of custody.
- Are you federally regulated? If any part of the workforce is DOT covered, that population follows Part 40 and nothing about it is negotiable.
- What window matters? Urine reflects recent use. Hair reflects a much longer period. Breath alcohol reflects right now. Choosing the wrong one wastes the test.

Describe the situation and we will tell you which collection actually answers it, including when the answer is that you do not need us.
