Services
We perform specimen collections and coordinate laboratory testing. Laboratory analysis is performed by certified laboratories, and verification of non-negative results is performed by an independent Medical Review Officer. Employment decisions based on results are made by the employer, not by us.
Quotes and scheduling
Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time. Where the scope changes, for example the number of people or the panel required, we will requote before proceeding. Collection windows are scheduled in good faith and can be affected by travel conditions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability in connection with the website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability for services performed is governed by the engagement terms agreed with the client.
